Pursuant To Texas Government Code Section 551.07, The City Council Will The City Council Shall Convene In A Closed Session To Deliberate The Appointment Or Removal Of Members Of The Planning And Zoning Commission.

Pursuant To Texas Government Code § 551.071(2), The City Council Shall Convene In A Closed Session To Conduct A Private Consultation With The City’s Attorney On A Matter In Which The Attorney Has A Duty Of Confidentiality, Namely, Actions Requested Of The City Of Bulverde Relative To The Sale Of Approximately 515 Acres Located Generally On The North Side Of State Highway 46, Between State Highway 46 And Park Road 31 From Silesia Properties, LP And Ronnie And Terry Urbanczyk To The Nature Conservancy.
