1. Who provides trash service within the City of Bulverde?

Solid Waste Services within the City Limits are provided by Waste Connections, formerly Progressive Waste Solutions, Inc. They can be contacted at 844-708-7274 or at http://www.wasteconnections.com

2. When are City Council Meetings?

The City Council holds a regular meeting on the second Tuesday of each month starting at 6:30 p.m.

3. When does the Planning and Zoning Commission meet?

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the Thursday following City Council each month at 6:30PM.

4. When are Municipal Court Dates?

Court is held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. It convenes at 2 p.m.

5. When is the splash pad available?

The splash pad is open from May to October.

7. What is the cancellation / refund policy for facility reservations?

You may transfer a reservation to a different date or time, at no charge, if it is at least 5 days prior to the event. For cancellations, refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee (and must be done at least 5 days prior to the event). There are no refunds for rain or inclement weather.

Return to the City Secretary a completed Public Request for Inspection (PDF).

2. Where can I pick up a copy of a police report?

Copies of police reports can be obtained Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Bulverde Police Department located at:

Bulverde, TX 78163

3. What is the cost for a police report?

Accident reports are available at a cost of $5 per report. Incident and offense reports are available for $0.10 per page.

4. Are police reports available over the internet?

Police reports are not available over the internet at this time.

5. Can I obtain driver’s license and criminal history information?

Driver’s license and state and national criminal history information is not available from the Bulverde Police Department because of our teletype agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety. We can provide you with your criminal history information as it relates only to the City of Bulverde at a cost of $5. The Department of Public Safety in Austin does have this information available. However, you will need to contact them at 512-424-2000.

6. Does the Bulverde Police Department offer fingerprinting services?

Yes, these services are available at the police department located at 30360 Cougar Bend, on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. to Noon, at a cost of $10 per card. Citizens are required to bring the necessary card(s) and photo identification.
