Responsibilities

The Office of Code Compliance is responsible for upholding the ordinances of the City of Bulverde that pertain to the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens. The office handles complaints and issues related to nuisances like junk vehicles, zoning issues regarding illegal tree removal and illegally constructed signs.
